What We Don’t Tolerate (To Keep You Safe)
Extra Email Ninja is built to protect your freedom and anonymity — but like any powerful tool, it must be used responsibly. We automatically block certain content to prevent abuse, protect our servers, and keep your emails deliverable.
- Spam or mass mailing blasts – We're not a newsletter tool.
- Phishing or impersonation attempts – Fake identities, login scams, or password harvesting will be blocked.
- Malware or dangerous links – Suspicious or malicious attachments/URLs will be rejected.
- Harassment or threats – Bullying, blackmail, or hate content is not tolerated.
- Illegal content or activity – That includes anything violating laws (e.g., fraud, violence, etc.).
Global Cooldown Rules
Free users share a daily limit of 500 emails. If the server hits this cap, sending is paused until the next day. Premium users get their own pool of 1,000 daily sends and skip queues because they have the ability to switch servers.
Note: We don’t log your messages, but we do use smart filters to detect dangerous content. This protects you, protects us, and keeps this service alive for the right people.
